The price shown on our website is for a single family home that is 2000 sqft or less with 2 or fewer bathrooms and includes 1 air handler unit. If your home falls outside of these parameters, CTR will quote your plan after a walkthrough of the property.
Separately, due to the varying makes, models, and sizes of the different parts of your home that we maintain, our subscription prices do not include the cost of new materials such as filters, batteries, fire extinguishers, etc. CTR will provide these materials, but they will be billed separately from the plan.
