1 Visit Per Year
Recommended twice per year.
Recommended quarterly, or more often if you have allergies or pets.
Draining and flushing your washer outlet hose and interior components to prevent gunk from building up, shortening the life of your washing machine.
Ensuring cleaner dishes and decreasing the chances for your dishwasher clogging or backing up.
Cleaning the refrigerator coils extends the life and efficiency of your refrigerator.
Experts recommend changing or cleaning (if possible) your microwave filter quarterly.
This is to keep your garage door running well and prevent unnecessary wear on your tracks and motor. Experts recommend at least once per year.
Many homes have pumps in the basement or on the foundation to prevent water from pooling. We ensure they are working properly.
Some leaks go unnoticed and create environments for mold to grow in your home. We inspect areas that are common culprits for this and catch the leaks before they become issues.
We monitor your fire extinguishers pressure and monitor the date it will need to be replaced. We will bring you a new extinguisher when the time comes.
Make sure they are working correctly. Replace batteries if necessary.
Other maintenance items we can add on to your plan
Touching up paint in areas that are commonly scuffed like baseboard trim, doorway trim, and bathrooms.
Clear out sediment buildup, extending the lifetime of your water heater. Experts recommend once per year.
The anode rod is meant to corrode to prevent your actual tank from being damaged by harmful sediment and minerals. Experts recommend replacing every 3-5 years. This is a one time service, not recurring.
Due to the varying makes, models, and sizes of the different parts of your home that we maintain, our subscription prices do not include the cost of new materials such as filters, batteries, fire extinguishers, etc. CTR will provide these materials, but they will be billed separately from the plan.
